ambrodil-s is good for cough. in case fever persist you may use 5ml of Nobel plus

for cough related issues you may use 5ml of grilinctus bm(paediatric) 3 times daily
along with omnacortil 2.5ml tds 3times daily

just stema for now for baby .Some running nose or phlem is due to the common cold and flu due to season change . Steam along with other home remedy like maintain baby temperature will help . Other medications like paracetamol for fever can be given if any fever .
