hello, my daughter is 3 yrs old n she doesn't use potty seat.she use you say for washroom but she is comfortable in her pants for potty...wt to do.. I guess she is scared... plz give suggestions n tips

A. if there is constipation give plenty of liquids along with high fibre in the diet which is very important things to be avoided which causes constipatiown like milk banana and maida then consult the doc
