hello.. my daughter is 1 year 4 month old.. she has 5 teeth upper 3 lower 2. from 3 months she has not gotten any teeth.. when I asked doctor he suggested iron syrup and vitamin d syrup.. iron syrup is anywhere linked to the teething of baby?? bcz she is constipating after iron syrup.. kindly advice... thank you..

A. the growth of the tooth of the child is normal but the doctor has given you supplementary just to prevent deficiency in the child and yes iron is needed for blood formation and for the growth of the tooth blood is needed
