You should consult with a nutritionist phone so that’s important along with that I would recommend you a proper vegetarian and non-vegetarian protein-based diet and also you should go ahead with giving healthy fats like Desi ghee and butter and start with necessary supplement suggested by the local like iron and multivitamin
