Q.

Hello, My child is 3 years 10 months old. She was having vomiting I gave her domstal as per paediatric advice. She is now having gas issue and stomach pain. Vomiting has stopped.Giving her drotin for pain.But I am worried about the gas issue.How can I resolve this .

A. You can give ajwain ka paani a couple of tines in a day as it will help in relieving pain due to gas and give light yo digest foods avoid giving milk
