hello My child falls sick very frequently, he gets fever and he also got febrile convulsion twice, then he had a CT head which came out normal . So what should be given to the child so that the child does not fall ill quickly and his immunity remains good and brain health also remains good

give immunity booster food to him, n keep him well hyderate.
