Hello My bub is 17 month old . He is having loose motion and runny nose, had lost interest in having food. What to do?

A. please give flucold drops to the babyIt is very important to avoid dehydration please give ORS coconut water buttermilk to the baby give zinconia syrup 5 ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to the baby
