hello, my both twins after feeding solid food wen I go to burp them they do vomit, this is happening from past 2days,what is the reason and solution for this ,?

A. could be over feed Babies throw out after feed this is common and because of reflux action always burp after feed don't immediately put the baby on bed after feed maintain gap between feeds give small feeds
