See in such cases the child needs specialist care always. So try to follow with the same doctor and do not get anxious with s variety of opinion. Focus on treatment ok.

It Could be indigestion maybe the time gap you kept in between two things is quite less which is why this is happening but as of now don’t give anything to the child if your child is hungry first you offer water and if your child is fine then you can just give milk and put your child to sleep and try to maintain a minimum gap of 2 to 3 hours in between two things
