Hello My baby now having his first tooth in 5 months and today he almost done defecation 5 times?? Please help me what can i do for my baby And one more thing in 5 months old baby how much weight should baby have ??

if consistency of stool is not runny like loose motion, baby is active playfull, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours do not worry
exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete
baby should be double the birth weight by 6 months or less
