hello.. my baby is not gaining weight.. so can zincovit syrup be given?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom zincovit is a multivitamins syrup but that alone is not helpful for weight gain . So you can try to balance his diet with various food groups such as seasonal fruits and vegetables, steamed , Channa , rajma etc , egg yolk if preferred, sago , panner , ghee , milk in cooked form , whole grains and cereals

add weight gain foods as potato sweet potato ragi Dalia banana eggs dry fruits as cashew almond in paste or powdered form ghee butter cheese in moderate amount dejiye
