hello my baby is almost 3 months.her weight is 6.9 kg is it over weight?

baby's weight in pounds into 2.5 Oz in 24 hours is needed till 6 months completion
more feeding, hydration, nutritious diet all help in breastfeeding

Weight is slight on higher side
Give feeding 60-100 ml at a time and give feeding on demand
Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and follow his advice
Give adequate feeding
Take a good care of your baby
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
