Hello My baby is about 6 months old and now he is rubbing his ears and also putting fingers in the mouth throughout the day ......why is he doing this

A. Teething could be happening which is I probably a child is putting a finger into the mouth but why the child is getting irritated with the ear that your doctor can tell you after an assessment so I think for that purpose you should definitely visit an ENT doctor once
