hello...my baby is 8 months old.... Till 7 months breast milk supply was good.. but after that it reduced and now it becomes very low. N my baby does not consume formula milk.. please suggest how to increase milk supply again.

A. You can take fenugreek absolute and good amount of liquid on an every day basis that’s going to be helpful along with a try to consume more of proteins and Phiber into your daily diet which is what is going to be helpful
