Hello..My baby is 8 months 7 days old. Whenever I eat chicken In the lunch time, my baby is having disturbed sleep in the night after having my milk, tightly close her eyes and shaking her head so many times like shaking her head while falling asleep. May I know the reason for this?

So You should avoid having chicken during the lunch time then if your child is not feeling comfortable with it so I would just like to tell you that I will eat chicken for the timing maybe your child is not able to digest it heavily go ahead with lighter for till the time you are exclusively breastfeeding the
