hello my baby is 7 months old and she have little swollen gums and she is having very watery stools from past 3 to 5 days ive given her darolac syrup but nothing seems to work what to do?

A. this is die ti teething. n 7Teething is a irritative process . No any particular medicne for easy teeth eruption as it is physiological just give Vitamin D and calcium for the teeth eruption and also use of teether .
