A. hello mam start massaging the gums of baby with clean cotton cloth to reduce the irritation and you can use a nipple shield to protect the nipples but make sure nipple shield is cleaned and sterilized before every use

A. hi it happens because of sore gums during teething. please try different feeding position. you may use nipple shield for time being. take your child away from breasts whenever he or she bites ,and say no firmly. give massage with clean finger on sore gums of your child which will help to soothe the gums.
