Q.
Hello.. My baby is 4 n half month old and everyone is suggesting me to give water to my baby..is it fine to give her..? if yes then what will be the quantity..?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. don't give, it is important to feed more frequent breast feeds or formula feeds if your baby is less than 6 months. Do not give wwater, as breast milk itself has 90% of water

I Lately agree the summers are on its peak but you cannot give water to the child before completing the age of six months because whatever feeding you provide to the child prior to that has sufficient amount of water into it which is why no extra water is recommended to be given so don’t give water as of now
