hello my baby is 4 months old.She has got pus filled boils on her palm,is this a serious issue

please consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised by your doctor.
try to keep child in air conditioner room as much as possible

You may apply nycil prickly hit powder having ayurvedic formula
Keep her at well ventilated or conditioned place
Keep her hydrated by giving her the nutritious breast milk.
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered in the morning.
consult your pediatrician if problem persists
