A. dear mum, weight of 10 kg is a normal weight for 2 years 1 month old baby, do not worry. some babies gain weight slowly. if baby is active, playful and achieving all growth milestones then it indicates good health. A 2 years old child should be given all the foods that are prepared in the house give five meals this includes two healthy snacks give more than One Katori every time the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits dairy products like curd paneer nuts control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages, processed and packaged foods
