Hello my baby is 2 year old.she got dandruff and lice and lice eggs in hair. not understanding how to get rid from this problem. pls suggest me remedies

Wash hairs often with chemical free shampoo apply onion paste twice a week to make hairs smooth and to reduce hair fall and parabean free shampoo apply coconut oil or olive oil and also apply onion paste regularly to reduce hair fall
Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily
Maintain hygiene
Stay hydrated
