Q.

Hello, My baby has completed three months and is only breastfed. I would like to add some top feed along with breast milk. Which one is suggested..cow milk, formula milk or normal packed milk? Thanks and regards

A. dear mum, exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months complete is the most healthy option for your baby's growth. breast milk is most nutritious, safe and complete food for baby till 6 months. if breast milk supply is not sufficient then you can give formula.
