Hello, my baby has been exclusively breastfed till 6 months, now he is 13 months old & still breastfeeding him along with solids, I have been regularly taking calcium tablets for all these months, do I still need to continue my calcium tablets or can I stop taking it?

13 long months of calcium supplements are quite enough.now just take calcium rich food like milk,eggs and stop supplement after consulting with your physician

Sowmya MMom of 3 children4 years agoA. hello actually it is good if you continue but better to check with your doctor also if your intake of food is full with lots of good healthy items then no need to worry or if you're having any kind of pain or anything like bone leg pain or back pain it is better to continue
