hello! my baby girl is 3 year now .. she eats fruits by herself n chew as well but when its time of lunch or dinner she refuse to bite or chew.. she starts retch.. how to make her eat food.

A. Hello mom you have to teach her in a play way method about it And you can instead also give her foods by making small pieces so that he picks it up and eats such as make shapes or cut the paranthas or idli etc into small pieces
