hello,my baby boy is close to 6months old and his weight is 9kgs,his birth weight was 3.3 is this a normal

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hai good morning !! By 5-6 months babies double their birth weight ,but here baby weight is maximum range . If baby is active ,weight gain rate is normal no need to worry after 6-8 months weight gain rate slows due to achieving milestones. If baby weight gain is always ranging in maximum even after 6-8+ months then consult doctor because over weight ,maximum weight might be due to obesity.
