Hello, my baby boy is almost 9 months old but not a single tooth has grown till now. Is it a reason to worry?

no dont worry.
kids sometimes show a little delay in getting their first milk teeth
gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 week agoA. Actually the first teeth can be seen by the time of 17 months on the higher side which is why would recommend you to wait till that time and if you do not see happening by that time also then in that case you can visit your doctor for further assistance
