Q.

Hello....my baby boy is 2months old he is demanding only B.M. he didn't wont to have bottle feed but bm is not sufficient for him what to do.? kindly suggest some medicine for producing more milk to feed .

A. hello you may take lactare tablet which can help to increase the milk secretion and also you can have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which can help to increase the milk secretion and include khus khus also
