Q.

Hello My 6 month old baby just started with semi solids food. I have tried with cerlac but he is not ready to take a spoon of it. Could anyone please suggest alternate to this.

A. hello let the consistency of the cerelac be little thin so it becomes easy for the baby to swallow and you may also give dal water and also give fruits and vegetables puree and you should try with small portion of it to start with and home mwde cerelac will be healthy and nutritious
