Hello, my 4 months baby boy is making groaning sound since 1 week seems like he is constipated. I gave him colicaid but the groaning is still constant. what could be the reason behind it? what medicines should I give him? please suggest.

The Is that your child is in constipation is considered very normal and common at this age for kids only don’t worry about it if your child is trouble too much and the medicines that you are giving or not helping then you should get a check with your doctor will advise you with some laxative to go for as of now
