my 25 days old baby could not able to sleep at night making sound like groaning...I couldn't get what is happening to him.

ji , two things can be there.
first , gas or second nasal congestion.
so you need to check both the things.
please offer breastfeeding when child need it.
In between and after each feeding , i advise to burp your baby for 15 minutes atleast.
and keep your baby's head slightly elevated while feeding and sleeping both the time.
