As long as your baby is active and healthy, accepting feeds, passing urine a minimum of 6 to 8 times in a day, no blood or foul smell in the stools, showing no discomfort symptoms then nothing to worry about number of stools. If the problem persists for long then consult your doctor for further advice. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand. Good luck and take care.
