Hello, My 3 month old baby has reddish acne in the anus since he was a month old. on touching it feels like a small cyst which is neither increasing in size nor painful. Please let me know the cause and treatment.

A. Without a checkup it’s difficult to say what it could be so for that particular purpose you should and if there are rash or acne happening you can use Boroline or coconut oil and do not use diapers for the time being
