Hello My 19 and half month old son touched a pet dogs nose and mouth and before I could wash his hands he put that hand in his mouth. Is there a chance of him getting rabies. I am really scared

A. Actually the saliva of the dog is not healthy it can be creating allergy related issues and even infection since your child is already taken it into the mouth I suggest you please clean it properly and consult your doctor if you need to get a vaccination done
