Hello My 10 months son is breast feeding baby he has white spots in mouth like ulcer, on upper and lower lips what should I do

If you’re sure that it is a blister only or an ulcer then I’m going to advise your medicine that you can apply into the mouth over the place it is going to settle down.. dologel Is good and is specifically for blisters only otherwise if you want you can even discuss it with your paediatrician first
