hello moms.. I'm a mother of 4 month old baby. i want to know as a nursing mom which fruits can i eat in winter

Sowmya MMom of a 11 yr 10 m old girl3 years agoA. hello actually as a breastfeeding mother your food intake should be good at least till the baby start with the top speed so you can eat a seasonal fruits once in a while but not on regular basis like you can have seasonal fruits sometimes don't eat cold if your having any cold or anything
