Hey my son is 1 year old he also had flat head from one side i used mustard pillow bt won't work much than i found a video on youtube https://youtu.be/o8Smf7gEjus

Flat head in Babies is very commonly seen mostly on one side initially when the baby is not flipping on the sides in the first few months . so because of the continuous pressure over the soft skull bones such flattening can be there . This  normalises by itself gradually when the skull grows in size and shhareape with age . 
No mustard seed pillow or any such kind of intervention like massage is required and doesnot help for the corrrection .there is nothing to worry at all.

U Should not make your child sleep on the part where your child’s head is flat from suppose it is flat from the bank so you have to make your child sleep on the light right side or left side frequently but not on the back because that is why you are the head of the child has become flat so basically ensured you to make your child sleep in different portion is not in the same posture as your child has been sleeping for all these months
