Hello mom my son is 9 years 10 months old but his weight and height are not increasing he eats their food on time but as per the age he eats only 1 chappati and if i force him he gets stomach pain so what to do?

Get your child personally examined by the doctor and clarify your concerns. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your child’s diet
