A. नमस्ते यह सामान्य है आप दूसरे स्तन से दूध एक्सप्रेस कर सकते है उसे ठीक से लेच कराएं। इंटरनेट प्र उपलब्ध लेचिग डेमो वीडियो देखे। उसे दोनों ब्रेस्ट से स्तनपान कराने का प्रयत्न करे। पौष्टिक आहार लिया करे सूर्य स्नान अवश्य करा।आर
