Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. if the child is 4 years old is having some stomach pain presently you can give syrup drotin DS 7.5 ml to reduce the stomach pain and then you need to consult your doctor accordingly

Give domastal First time a pain as of now otherwise you can just take some carrom seeds rocksalt just sort it a little and mash it and just give it to the child with warm water that will also help but you do need to get a check with your doctor as it could be due to some infection as
