hello..mere bete k 14th month start hote hi pehla teeth nikla h wo bhi upper side se.. maine apne aas paas k baki sb bchcho k neeche se daant niklte hi suna h.. to kya ye koi concern h

nahi Aissa kuch nahi hai..baccho me first milk teeth kisi bhi jaw me erupt ho skta hai..
bacche k gums ko clean finger tip se gently massage kare isse teeth ko erupt hone me help hogi
