hello Mera beta 4 year ka h .usko potty k raste mukes(kaaf) jisa niker reha h .pair m aithen ho rahi h aur 2 hour m 4,5 baar potty ki h only mukes nikel reha h to kya problem h use kindly suggest me.

Maybe your child is suffering with a stomach infection which is why you could see mucus into the poop of your child and that is why your child is having stomach pain and all also it would be good you please take an advice with your Pediatrician they can guide you with the correct medicines to follow which is what is going to be beneficial in the current situation
