Hello mera baby 4 month ki he useke private part me uske birth ke bad se aj tak kabhi kabhi white discharge type kuch nikalta he is this normal ?

Yes this white discharge is normal in female babies due to the hormonal changes ..
If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, passing out urine properly then no need to worry.
