Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. For weight gain, give almond milk, soy milk, tofu, cheese, peanut butter, butter, ghee in small amounts, curd or yoghurt. Give one boiled egg per day. Give lentils like urad dal and moong Dal. Give chickpeas and green peas. Give cheesy potatoes and sweet potatoes. Give home made paneer. Give banana, avocado, pear, papaya and mangoes.
Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Try offering him fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Let some one else offer him milk. Try offering milk in colourful sippers or cartoon designed mugs or quirky mugs as this will attract the attention of the kid. Whenever he asks for breast milk, distract his attention by offering solid meals.
