hello Mera 14 months ka beta he usako bahul zukam ho gaya he sote time sans lene me taklif hoti he pls give me some home remedies

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. stick to the good home remedies like steaming, applying and massaging heated mustard oil to your baby's chest and back, increased breastfeeding, plenty of rest/sleep, and using nasal saline drops.

Sinarist 1.5 ML2 times in a day can be given to the child along with that also going to advise you you can you saline drops in the night when your child is going to sleep and also apart from that you can give steam to the child indirectly two times in a day
