Neelam ChinnappaMom of 3 children3 years agoA. heyhey mommy this is different for each one of us. some get it within 30 days of childbirth and others won't get it even upto a year. there are various hormonal reasons. however both these conditions are absolutely normal and nothing to be worried about. continue to enjoy motherhood.
