Hello man my baby is 7 month she have bacterial infection 6 days I start antibiotics after she pass stool like dirty mucus red colour what reason

A. Red colour is usually a sign of blood in the motion I would recommend you to kindly cross check with your again if needed get a stool test done for your child so that you can proceed with right treatment for the child
