HELLO MAM, who to lose a belly fat after delivery or any diet plan plz rply me

A. Dear mum, belly fat reduction requires overall weight and fat loss. Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle. Exercises like abdominal crunches, pelvic tilts help in toning the stomach muscles. Eat mindfully, avoid high calorie foods, processed and packaged foods. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake.
