Hello mam , Today's (25/3/2025) my baby's weight 6240. Last time I was checked at that time (1/3/2025)my baby's weight 5700.his born weight 2800 (15/11/2024) is it normal or law ? He is 4 month 11 days old now.

Monthly weight gain is expected in the range of 400 gm to 1 kg and by age of 4 to 6 months they almost double their birth weight

NL DMom of a 8 m old girl5 months agoA. Completely healthy and good weight gain. If you calculate your baby has gained approx 3400 kg in 4 months. Which comes to a weight gain of almost 850 per month which is really good. Weight gain per month should range between 500 gm to 1 kg. By 5th month usually babies double their birth weight.. your baby has already doubled it .. so nothing to worry about. Keep doing what you’re doing.
