Hello mam, this is afzan I am 9 th month pregnent. Actually my 9 th month also completed.. Dr said baby head is not fixed.. What is the issue mam, if u want to do any exercise for this problem. Please advice me mam

Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
Maintain hydration
