Molars Are usually very very painful when they happen so I’ll advise you that one time you should get a check with your Road Dr maybe on paediatric dentist can advise you with some kind of a medicine to go for along with that also if you want you can start with homoeopathic medication tablet number 21 that is going to be helpful
